My Biography

 Blue Mc Donnell is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Practitioner. She is passionate about teaching you to access the power of your subconscious mind, your own personal goal-achieving machine. As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Reiki Practitioner and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, she uses a combination of modalities, an extensive “Tool Box” to help her clients create a more joyful life.  Blue is an honour graduate and recipient of the Director’s Award for Excellence from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the only nationally accredited school of hypnotherapy. She conducts a private practice offering guidance in personal and professional self-improvement, employing behavior and perception modification.

Blue grew up in Ireland and has spent many years working in and studying the art of healing in varies countries including parts of Asia, Europe and the US. She has an openness which shows through the wisdom, love and care she has for others and she aims to help each of her clients to achieve elevated loving self-awareness and self-acceptance which are fundamental to health of mind, body and spirt.

Blue studied at The Hypnosis Motivation Institute, California and graduated with honors. She studied Usui Reiki Ryoho at International Centre for Reiki Training, and is both level I and II Certified. She has an Bachelors in Metaphysical Science and is an ordained minister with the International Metaphysical Ministry. Blue has done a lot of work with homeless children and families of domestic violence, and has a certification in domestic violence counselling. Always learning and growing in health of the body mind and spirit, Blue is a vegetarian and practices Meditation and Yoga.

Blue is very passionate about volunteering and believes that the best way to help oneself is to help someone else. She had been a volunteer tutor and mentor to homeless children since 2000 and a volunteer hospice care giver since 2014.

Blue is a member of the Hypnotherapist Union local no. 472, The American Hypnotherapist Association, The International Centre for Reiki Training and The International Association of Reiki Practice and is registered with the Hypnotherapist Registry of Ireland/UK.

I absolutely love what I do and feel as if I’ve been preparing to do this work for my entire life.
